Angelbee Nursing and Other Home Care Services expects its service providers, including nurses, caregivers, secretaries, administrative assistants, housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, groundskeepers, caretakers, and watchmen, to adhere to the highest standard of service. Failure to meet standards may lead to corrective action or termination, depending on the severity of the failure.

​​Management and representatives must ensure that the service provided is acceptable and satisfactory to the client and their significant others. This involves supporting the client's physical and emotional well-being, comfort, privacy, and safety, as applicable according to your role in the nursing home, and expressing respect and positive regard for the client.

​​Service providers are required to demonstrate love, joy, peace, gentleness, goodness, humility, and self-control, bringing integrity, skills, and competencies to every service provided, to maintain Angelbee’s standards.

​When assigned to a nursing home, service providers must ensure that you:​

Respect and observe all rules, regulations, and protocols of the nursing home where you are employed.​

Arrive at work on time and be absent only when necessary.​

Inform your supervisor of your intent to be absent from duty, in advance, to allow for a replacement to be put in place.​

Never be absent from duty without seeking approval from the supervisor or report for duty late without advising said supervisor.​

Complete any job assigned to you, with due care and to the required standard.​

Maintain polite and respectful relationships with all residents of the home and their significant others, your colleagues and supervisors, and anyone you come in contact with when carrying out your duties.​

Never use threatening or abusive language to anyone while on duty.​

Never engage in illegal or immoral acts while assigned to a client by Angelbee.​

Never use the residents’ property in an unauthorized manner.​

Never steal or willfully damage or destroy property belonging to residents of the nursing home, your colleagues, or the nursing home.​

Never take a weapon, knife or gun, legal or illegal, to the job.​

Never refuse or fail to carry out instructions of a supervisor without a reason that can be clearly and convincingly explained.​

Never ignore duties or loaf around during working hours.​

Take proper care of the home’s tools and equipment.​

Never hold discussions on matters occurring in the home, with the relatives of the residents of the home, unless it is your assigned duty to provide relatives with specific information, and where only that information is delivered.

Charge your cell phone before arriving at work, and only charge it at work where permission was received from management or your supervisor.​

Never allow or entertain personal visitors while on duty inside the home or outside of the home.

Never enter into any financial arrangement with residents of the nursing home or relatives of residents or their contacts without the involvement and or approval of the management of the home.​

Never reap produce on the nursing home’s property unless you have a duty to do so, or you are requested to do so by your supervisor, and where this occurs, never assume that you have a right to a portion of this produce.

Never sleep on the job except if it is your break time and there is an agreed place where you may sleep.

Never fix yourself a meal using the food stock of the nursing home unless you are offered an opportunity to do so by the management or your supervisor.

Never take gifts from, or borrow from residents, or charge a resident for running errands, especially if the resident has memory or other mental or emotional problems.

Do due diligence in preparing documentation where this is applicable.

Treat stocks and supplies with the same prudence you would treat your property that you value.

Exercise honesty and integrity in all your operations on and off the job.

BREACH OF CONTRACT

​​The service provider will be deemed to be in breach of contract if you:

Fail to provide quality assurance, that is, fail to meet or exceed Angelbee Nursing & Other Home Care Services' standards.

Are implicated in any illegal or immoral activities while contracted to Angelbee.

Carry out any illegal or immoral acts while performing duties assigned by Angelbee.​

​Discuss company matters with the clients of Angelbee.

Invite friends or family members to take up jobs with clients of Angelbee.
