We appreciate your interest in joining our team of service providers at Angelbee Nursing & Other Home Care Services (Angelbee). We are pleased to inform you that our dedicated nursing and caregiving team is already making significant contributions to the health and well-being of our clients. We are now looking to expand our services to include additional categories of service providers, and we invite you to undergo an assessment of suitability.

If you possess the skills, appropriate attitude, and interest to provide housekeeping, cooking, gardening, groundskeeping, or caretaking services in a private or nursing home setting, please follow the steps outlined below.

 

Please be aware that there is no fee for the assessment or registration process, as we cannot guarantee that you will be deemed suitable to join our team, nor can we assure you that we will find you your ideal job. However, if you are found suitable, registered, and subsequently employed, you will be expected to pay Angelbee Nursing & Other Home Care Services a percentage of your first wage as specified on the application form. Your agreement to these terms is required for registration with our service.

STEPS TO SIGN UP

​

There are ten steps in the signing process. Although it may seem extensive, it is straightforward. You will read or listen to three sets of information, including this one, complete an application form, submit your documents, take a quiz, and then wait for your results.

 

All the buttons directing you to the necessary information and the application form are located on the gold-colored tab under "Job Opportunities" if you choose to listen. For readers, the button needed to proceed to the next step is at the bottom of the page you are viewing.​

N.B.  Step 1 - Instructions to be Assessed and Signed up, and Step 2 - Infectious Conditions Protocols are the same for everyone, regardless of the job you are applying for. When you get to steps 3 and 4 - Terms of Service | Code of Conduct, and the application form, you will need to choose based on the job you are applying for. Please pay attention and make the correct choice.

The following are the steps and instructions.

​

1. Review "Instructions to be Assessed and Signed Up" by either reading this page or listening to the recording. If you are here and prefer to listen to the recording, click the record player Icon above, labeled, "Instructions." 

2. Listen to or read “Infectious Conditions Protocol,” by clicking the record player icon or button to read, labeled "Protocols" under "Job Opportunities," or, at the bottom of this page. 

3. Listen to or read “Code of Conduct | Terms of Service” by clicking the record player icon or the button to read, on the“Job Opportunities,” tab or at the bottom of this page, labeled, either “COC| Nurses/Caregivers,” if you are a nurse, “COC | PD Support Staff,” if you are offering your service as a cook, housekeeper, gardener, groundskeeper or caretaker in a private home, or “COC | NH Support Staff,” if you are offering your service as a cook, housekeeper, gardener, groundskeeper or caretaker in a nursing home.

4. Find the application form under the “Job Opportunities " tab, next to the job you are applying for, or at the bottom of the "Code of Conduct | Terms of Service" page you are on. Complete and submit it.

1. Email your supporting documents (certificates, certified police record, etc.) to the email address provided.

2. Await application feedback on any correction to your application form that is required or notification of your readiness for your Assessment Quiz from Angelbee. Make any required adjustments and inform Angelbee via WhatsApp when you have done it.

3. Schedule your quiz via WhatsApp when invited to do so.

4. Take the Assessment Quiz at the scheduled date and time.

5. Wait for final feedback and sign the agreement with Angelbee, as indicated on the application form.

6. Receive your Angelbee Profile and wait for job offers.

THE ASSESSMENT PROCESS

​

The assessment consists of two parts. Part 1, the application requires your personal information, and Part 2 involves completing a quiz.

THE APPLICATION FORM

​​

After reviewing the information provided, click on the link to the application form, under the “Job opportunities” tab, next to the job you are applying for, or at the bottom of the Code of Conduct |Terms of Service page for the job you are applying. Each application form is unique so ensure you select the right one.

 

Read the questions and instructions carefully and provide only the requested information. Answer all questions in each section before clicking "Next". Click the submit button at the end to send your application to Angelbee.

 

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Your application form will be reviewed within seventy-two (72) hours of submission. However, please note that feedback will not be provided and your application will not be processed if the required supporting documents are not received.

 

Submit your application form, then email all indicated documents to angelbeens@gmail.com within 72 hours. If you have additional information to share, include your resume with the other documents.

 

Angelbee cannot alter any information provided on your application form. Any corrections needed must be made by you on the form, as required, as your information cannot be collected via WhatsApp.

 

​The type of service you offer will dictate the required documentation, as shown below.

 

N.B. A government-issued ID is required for the processing of your application.

 

​Nurses/caregivers – Private Duty and Nursing Home - please submit qualifying certificate(s), Food Handler's Permit, Certified Police Record, Basic Life Support/ Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation, photo ID (National ID preferred), and COVID-19 vaccination certificate - if you have one.

 

Support Staff - Private Duty and Nursing Home - please submit qualifying certificate- if you have any, Food Handler’s Permit, Certified Police Record, photo ID (National ID preferred), and COVID-19 Vaccination certificate – if you have one.

​REFERENCE CHECKS

​

If your application is complete and your documents are in order, reference check forms will be sent via WhatsApp or E-mail to the individuals listed as references. Inform your references that they will receive a link from Angelbee Nursing and Other Home Care Services, which they should complete on your behalf.

PLEASE SECURE YOUR IDENTITY

​

For security reasons, do not email your TRN, NIS, or Driver's License as sending these documents online with all your other documents could lead to identity theft by hackers. If you ignore this warning and your identity gets stolen, we are not liable for any consequences. Submit these documents in person when requested.

ASSESSMENT PART 2 – THE QUIZ

​

When your references are returned, if they are satisfactory, you will be informed via WhatsApp that you are eligible to take our Assessment Quiz and asked to indicate your readiness. Once you specify a day or time when you expect to be ready, you will need to send a reminder via WhatsApp ten (10) minutes before the scheduled time, as readiness can change, and the quiz must be completed and returned within two (2) hours of being sent. If the quiz is sent while you are asleep or have little or no phone charge, electricity, data, Wi-Fi, etc., it will not be re-sent

 

Please take the time to read the questions thoroughly and select the best answer, as this quiz is a one-time-only opportunity, and you will not get a chance for a do-over.

 

​GENERALLY

​

Please read or listen to the "Infectious Conditions Protocols" and the "Code of Conduct | Terms of Service" for the job you are applying for, in their entirety. You must agree to abide by these rules and protocols, on the application form, to be accepted as an Angelbee service provider. Ensure you understand what you are agreeing to beforehand.

​

1. If you do not already have a Food Handler's Permit, please make the necessary arrangements to get one as it is now a requirement of the Ministry of Health and Wellness for anyone providing paid personal care and/or food service. 

2. Also, if you do not already have an e-mail address, please create one now, as one will be required to access the application form and submit your supporting documents. Your quiz, part 2 of this process, can be sent by WhatsApp.
