CODE OF CONDUCT | TERMS OF SERVICEÂ
Private Duty
Housekeepers | Gardeners/Groundkeepers/Caretakers | CooksÂ
Angelbee Nursing and Other Home Care Services expects its service providers, including housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, groundskeepers, caretakers, and watchmen, to adhere to the highest standard of service. Failure to meet standards may result in corrective action or termination, depending on the severity of the failure.

Management and representatives must ensure that the care provided is acceptable and satisfactory to the client and their significant others. This involves maintaining the client's physical and emotional well-being, comfort, privacy, and safety, and expressing respect and positive regard for the client.

Service providers are required to demonstrate love, joy, peace, gentleness, goodness, humility, and self-control, bringing integrity, skills, and competencies to every service provided, to maintain Angelbee’s standards.
CONFIDENTIALITY

Service providers must maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared by a client. Clients have the right to expect that private matters will stay private within their homes. Therefore, service providers are required to handle all client information with discretion and only share it if the client requests them to do so.
CLIENT SAFETY

Service providers must ensure that their actions do not expose clients to risks. Key bits of information can allow a cunning individual to gain access to your employer(s) so be cautious and never discuss the contents of your client's home, vacation plans, property access, location of keys, access codes that might come into your possession, or the guard dog's weaknesses. Remember, your access makes you either a guardian or a threat to their safety. Choose to be a guardian.

CLIENT SATISFACTION

Service providers are required to complete each assignment with due diligence, ensuring client satisfaction as the ultimate goal. When tasked with servicing multiple clients who have varying expectations, strive to meet the highest level of expectation rather than merely the one that requires minimal effort. Whether you are cleaning a residence, preparing a meal, maintaining the garden, or performing repair work around the home, identify the highest standard of completion for the task at hand and endeavor to achieve it.

PROBATIONARY PERIOD

All service providers starting a new job placement must presume a probationary period of three (3) to six (6) months unless told otherwise. This gives both the service provider and client a period to decide if they are a good fit, without having any obligation to remain in an agreement that might be undesirable to either party.

Angelbee Nursing & Other Home Care Services' service providers are responsible for remitting their statutory payments to the government, based on their earnings, and include payments to NIS, NHT, and Ed Tax.

Making these payments is not just the right thing to do, it is also in your best interest as paying into the National Insurance Scheme (NIS) will make you eligible for a government pension at retirement, and paying into the National Housing Trust (NHT) will make you eligible for benefits from that scheme, which includes owning your own home.
